For the Love of Smoothies!

I find that the warmer it gets the more I start to crave fruits-and what better way to enjoy them than choosing an assortment and blending them into a delicious smoothie? The perfect drink on a hot day, it's both refreshing and revitalising. I thought I'd share a couple of my favourite smoothie recipes below.


Chocolate Monkey:




1 banana
Chocolate flavoured protein powder 
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/2 a cup of almond milk

Life on A Beach:

1/4 cup of pineapple juice
1/4 cup of mango juice
Vanilla protein powder
4 medium sized strawberries

Jungle Fever:

1 kiwi
1/2 cup of orange juice
3 medium/large strawberries
1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Strawberry Orange Blast:

1 clementine
4 medium strawberries
1/2 a cup of apple juice

    1. Hope you like it! You can also buy strawberry-kiwi juice and add a clementine or two instead.
